- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am very upset. I have had packages delivered to my door in the past as a matter of fact last month even. I have been waiting for a delivery because I have no means of transportation and I have no one to take me to the post office. I have been tracking this package since I ordered it and I noticed that the package arrived at the post office this was in the early AM before they were open but 2 hours after they received it they had this displayed Held at Post Office, Retrieved from full parcel locker I noticed this at 10 AM so I called them and I was told that they don't deliver to my apartment complex because it was unsafe and I told the person they have delivered to me in the past and that I was home to receive it and she kept arguing with me that it was unsafe to deliver despite the fact that I was confirming I would be home to receive it she kept telling me I had to go pick it up even though I told her I have no way of getting there that's why I have things delivered to me. She then told me that the person delivering already left for deliveries and that they will have her deliver it tomorrow... I'm sorry but what the heck? How is it unsafe to deliver when the person is confirming the order number and confirming they will be home to receive it? Shouldn't they be doing this anyway with all Package deliveries to begin with? I feel like my Package is being held hostage because of where I live...I don't have a way to get to the post office. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Brendan Carlos got to be the worst customer service friends I've ever seen they don't even act like they want to have the jobs they have they don't help people and then they tell you they can't do something or you can't do something only for you to go to Twin and they want they do it just the way you asked if you want something done go to Twin don't waste your time and see in these to their customer service he'll suck and they need to be replaced with people that actually want to be there and want to work and have good customer serviceBy j doering, June 07, 2017
